Infiniti Announces 2002 QX4 Pricing - QX4 Receives Interior Enhancements While Maintaining 2001 Price
GARDENA, Calif., Oct. 30 -- Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan North America, Inc., today announced it will maintain 2001 prices on its popular QX4 sport utility vehicle for 2002. The new QX4, with its advanced All-Mode 4WD® system and an array of standard luxury enhancements, remains priced at a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of $35,550. The two-wheel drive model has an MSRP of $34,150. The 2002 QX4 goes on sale today at more than 150 retailers nationwide.

For 2002, QX4 receives interior enhancements including a refined audio system with a redesigned one-piece faceplate, faster functioning in-dash 6-disc CD player, Radio Data System (RDS), available new steering wheel with genuine wood and new audio controls and available Intelligent Cruise Control. The state-of-the-art ICC system projects a laser signal from the QX4 to the vehicle in front of it, then automatically adjusts the QX4's speed to maintain an appropriate following distance.
Outside, QX4's elegant styling has been enhanced for the 2002 model year with available 17-inch chrome alloy wheels and seven new exterior colors. The interior is available in two colors, Graphite or Stone Beige. Color-specific genuine Bird's-eye maple wood trim complements each interior color.
QX4 provides outstanding acceleration and handling, thanks to its class leading horsepower and torque. QX4's technologically advanced 3.5-liter DOHC V6, based on Infiniti's award-winning VQ engine, takes performance to a whole new level. It produces 240 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 265 lb-ft of torque at 3,200 rpm. Additionally, its All-Mode 4WD is one of the most advanced automatic 4-wheel drive systems in the world.
