Nissan Announces Pricing for 2005 Quest; Quest Emphasizes Value With Debut of Base Model, Added Features
GARDENA, Calif.--Sept. 21, 2004--Nissan North America, Inc. today announced pricing for its innovative 2005 Quest minivan. For 2005, Nissan adds a base Quest 3.5 model, which offers a well-equipped vehicle for the entry-level purchaser. The newly available Quest 3.5 features a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $23,350, which places it $990 below the MY04 entry-level model.Furthering the theme of increased value, the popular Quest 3.5 S model now comes equipped with standard power sliding right-hand door, power liftgate, power quarter-rear windows and rear sonar system, all with a minimal price increase of $210. MSRP for the 2005 Quest 3.5 S is $24,550.
The Quest 3.5 SL model has been enhanced for 2005 with standard 5-speed automatic transmission (versus the previous 4-speed automatic) and features an MSRP of $26,250, a price reduction of $490 from the 2004 model. The luxurious Quest 3.5 SE, with its long list of standard amenities receives a modest $10 increase, bringing the MSRP to $32,250.

Enhancements standard on all 2005 Quest trim levels include overhead mood lighting, active head restraints and a vehicle security system. In addition, adjustable front armrests on leather-appointed seats, three new exterior colors, pre-wiring for satellite radio, and white meter illumination (formerly amber) are now available. Finally, a 10-speaker Bose audio system is now included as part of the 3.5 SL Leather Package.
