Hundreds of Segway HT Owners Head to Bonita Springs for One-of-a-Kind Event

Festivities Include Segway HT 'Polo', Scavenger Hunt, Skill Competitions and

                               Group Glides

  WHAT:           SegwayFest! is the world's largest gathering of Segway(R)
                  HT owners and enthusiasts.  Created and organized by
                  Segway HT owners, SegwayFest! 2004 will celebrate its
                  second year at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita
                  Springs, Fla. this weekend.  The event features two and a
                  half days of educational seminars, "Ask the Experts"
                  sessions, skill competitions and social gatherings.

  WHO:            More than 150 Segway HT owners and enthusiasts are
                  anticipated to attend SegwayFest!  Special guests will
                  host educational seminars and presentations highlighting
                  the development and use of the Segway HT.

                  Ron Bills, President and CEO, Segway LLC, will deliver the
                  keynote address "Moving Into the Future"

                  Doug Field, Chief Technology Officer, Segway LLC and the
                  product development team will host three sessions focused
                  on the technology in the Segway HT

                  Dean Kamen, Founder and Chairman, Segway LLC, will greet
                  attendees on Saturday morning

                  Sylvain Pernin and Francois Coenen, of the French company
                  Keolis Group, will deliver an informative presentation
                  about the use of Segway HTs in France.

                  Mark Shuck of Concurrent Technologies Corporation, will
                  present and demonstrate the hydrogen-powered fuel cell
                  Segway HT that was created at the Department of Defense's
                  Fuel Cell Test and Evaluation Center.
