Honda Announces Final Production Run Of Valkyrie Rune

Torrance, CA  January 28, 2005; American Honda Motor Co., Inc. announced today that the
final manufacturing run of the Rune will occur in Spring 2005.

"Honda is very proud of this historic model achievement, and our pursuit of
the challenge of bringing a concept to production reality for our
customers, said Ray Blank, American Honda's Motorcycle Division Vice
President, "From the beginning, Rune was scheduled to be limited in
numbers, with styling, materials and engineering never before seen on a
production motorcycle."

American Honda's Dealer network will be notified next week on the final
productions small volume allocation. Due to rising material costs
associated with this model, this final run will reflect a price increase.

Customers can visit the Honda website for selection of color, handlebar and
wheel options to discuss with their Honda dealer. Orders will be limited to
