THE RACE: The Milwaukee Mile, located at the Wisconsin State Fair, is one of
the country's most famous racing facilities. The track hosted NASCAR Busch
Series races in 1984 and 1985, then rejoined the schedule in 1993 under new
management of Carl Haas. The Milwaukee Mile is a 1-mile paved speedway with
9.25 degrees banking in the turns and 2.5 degrees banking on the 1,265-feet
long straights.
