Quotes from Glenn Allen, 1996 Raybestos Rookie of The Year:
"I am really looking forward to going superspeedway racing with our crew
chief John Monsam. Michigan will be the largest race track we have been to
with John on board and I know he has a lot of knowledge that should be
helpful. Our race last year was real tough, the steering box on the race car
was off from the time we unloaded and we never could seem to get the car to
turn right. I guess for a rookie, to run all but one lap wasn't bad, but I
expect better results this weekend."
"A lot of my guys are from Michigan, I even lived in Grand Rapids while I was
racing in my last few years of ASA. It sounds like all the guys have invited
their parents to the race and I know how important it is to look good in front
of your parents. I am going to do my best to make all the guys proud of their
effort this weekend."
PIT NOTES

celebrating a homecoming this weekend.
