Kia Reports November Sales

Kia Sales Exceed 50,000 Units

    IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 2 -- Kia Motors America today announced
November sales of 5,317 vehicles, bringing the total vehicles sold in the U.S.
to a record-high 50,394 for calendar year 1997.  The company's November sales
surpassed the November 1996 total by 60 percent.  The year-to-date total
surpassed last year's mark by more than 65 percent.
