NASCAR Winston Cup Cars Race on Wall Street This Morning

Event: NYSE Chairman, Richard Grasso and Hal Sperlich (former
Chrysler Corporation President and "Father of the
Minivan"), current Chairman of a new IPO listing today,
Delco Remy International, Inc. will race two
authentic NASCAR Winston Cup cars to the checkered flag and
"Winner's Circle" at the entrance to the New York Stock
Exchange.
Background: The "race" and victory ceremonies at the NYSE welcome Delco
Remy to the "Winner's Circle" at Wall Street and chart a
new chapter in the former GM division's story which has
recently experienced rapid growth in its automotive and
truck components manufacturing business, supplying US and
world markets.
