Ford Announces Second Quarter Retail Incentives
Great Deals Continue on Some of America's Most Popular New Cars and Trucks
DETROIT, April 3 -- Ford Motor Company and Ford
Credit have extended the attractive retail cash incentives and finance rate
alternatives that were available at the end of the first quarter on several of
the company's new 1998- and 1997-model cars and trucks. Customers can apply
cash incentives toward a retail purchase or Red Carpet Lease of eligible
vehicles, or qualified customers can take advantage of reduced finance rates
on retail purchases financed through Ford Credit. Regional incentives also
may be available and may vary from national incentives.
Details of the available national incentives follow. On 1998 models,
effective dates for these incentives are from April 3 through July 2, 1998;
effective dates for 1997 models are April 3 through June 2, 1998.
